Arriving from 6.30pm you stroll up the winding Serpentine Drive under the shelter of the 100 year old Algerian Oak trees and Full Moon before reaching the Mansion and settling into the ballroom with your yoga mats, blankets and pillows.

When gentle sounds are offered during relaxation the mind attaches to the sound and is able to drop more deeper into stillness than when there is silence. The soundscape is designed to nurture your nervous system and provide you with an opportunity for deep relaxation where healing can occur.
