Your chance to win an exclusive Ms Fisher’s Modern Murder Mysteries Series 2 Set Visit.

Purchase tickets to the Miss Fisher and the Crypt of Tears Exhibition at Rippon Lea Estate for a visit in December 2020 and January 2021 for your chance to win a set/location visit for two people to the filming of the second season of Ms. Fisher’s Modern Murder Mysteries on location.

What the winner will receive:

You and a guest will visit the set/location during filming of the second series of Ms. Fishers Modern Murder Mysteries during the dates between 4 January 2021- 18 February 2021.

During your visit you will get to visit a set/location*, view a scene being filmed*, meet the Producer and take home a Miss Fisher’s Murder Mysteries gift pack. *Subject to strict adherence to Covid-19 protocols and or any Government-imposed restrictions

 

Terms & Conditions

Acceptance by you

The chance to win a “Ms. Fisher’s Modern Murder Mysteries” Set Visit Promotion (“the Competition”) is provided by National Trust of Australia (Victoria) and Every Cloud Productions (“the Promoter”).  These terms and conditions (including without limitation the information on how to enter and prize details which we publish in relation to the Competition) apply to the Competition.

By entering the Competition, you acknowledge that you have read and understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

Entering the competition

  1. To be eligible to enter the Competition, you must be a permanent resident of Australia and over 18 years of age. Employees (and immediate family members) of the Promoter and of associated agencies are ineligible to enter the competition. Participants who are under the age of 18 must seek permission from their parent or guardian.
  2. The Competition runs from Thursday 19th November until 18th December 2020. (AEST) (“Promotional Period”).
  3. To enter the competition you must visit missfisherexhibition.com and purchase Exhibition tickets for the Miss Fisher and the Crypt of Tears Exhibition and must be available for a for a set visit between the 4th January 2021-  18th February 2021, Final date set at Producer discretion. All ticket holders that purchase tickets for this period will be automatically entered into the competition.
  4. There is a total of one (1) major prize.
  5. The major prize consists of the below prize package:

 

Inclusions

A visit for two people to the Melbourne set of Ms Fisher Modern Murder Mysteries between 4th January 2021-  18th  February 2021. (during filming) pending schedule of Producer.

Miss Fisher merchandise gift pack for two people.

  1. The prize draw will take place on Monday 4th January 2021 at the Every Cloud Productions offices.
  2. All valid entries as per above will be entered into the prize draw.
  3. The winner will be notified by phone and in writing within five business days of the draw. The prize winner will be required to show proof of purchase before prize is awarded.
  4. All entries are deemed to be received at the time of receipt into the competition’s database and NOT at the time of transmission/delivery by the entrant. The Promoter is not responsible for any time lag in an entry being received into the competition’s database.
  5. If the prize remains unclaimed after one week of making contact, the promoter will conduct an unclaimed prize draw to distribute the prize.
  6. Prizes are not transferable and are not redeemable for cash. The Promoter’s decision is final and binding – no correspondence will be entered into.

 

Disclaimers

  1. Promoter is not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including without limitation direct, indirect and consequential loss and damages) or for personal injury suffered or sustained as a result of entering or trying to enter the competition or accepting any prize offered as part of the competition, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law
  2. In the event of war, terrorism, state of emergency including Covid-19 government-mandated restrictions, disaster or (without limitation) any other event outside our reasonable control, we are entitled to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition – subject to any written directions from the various regulatory bodies responsible for supervising the conduct of the competition.

 

Exclusions and our liability

  1. The law implies various conditions and warranties which might apply to us supplying goods or services to you. We exclude all of those conditions and warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law, including without limitation implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
  2. Provisions of the Trade Practices Act 1974 and other statutes in some cases either cannot be excluded, restricted or modified; or can only be restricted or modified to a limited extent. If any of those provisions apply, then to the extent permitted our liability under those provisions is limited as set out below. Our liability in relation to goods we supply is limited at our option to: a) replacement of the goods or the supply of equivalent goods; or b) repair of the goods; or c) payment of the cost of replacing the goods or of acquiring equivalent goods; or d) payment of the cost of having the goods repaired; and our liability in relation to services we supply, is limited at our option to: a) the supplying of the services against; or b) the payment of the cost of having the services supplied again.

 

Termination

  1. We may terminate or cancel your entry in the competition immediately at our discretion or if you breach any of your obligations under these conditions.

 

Your personal information

  1. As a result of you entering the competition, we will collect certain personal information about you, such as your name, email address and phone number in order to contact the winner and arrange fulfilment.

The details contained in your entry are protected by security safeguards as detailed in the Privacy Policy. The personal information collected as part of the entry is collected to enable identification of the winner. Your personal information will only be used and disclosed to any third party for these purposes. You can contact our Privacy Officer if you would like details of the personal information that the Promoter may hold about you or if you would like it to be corrected. You indemnify us

  1. You release and agree to keep us indemnified from any claim, cost, demand, tax, liability or damage (including legal costs on a full indemnity basis) suffered or incurred by us, our directors, employees, agents and representatives arising out of your entry in the competition or any claim by a third party arising from an act or omission by you.

 

Failure to comply and severability

  1. We are not liable for any failure to comply with these conditions. If any part or provision in these conditions is found to be invalid, unenforceable or illegal for any reason, that part or provision shall be severed and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force.

 

Entire agreement and governing law

  1. These conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and us as to its subject matter. By entering the competition, you accept that this agreement is to be interpreted, and any disputes are to be determined by the courts having jurisdiction in each State and Territory, in accordance with the laws in force in each State and Territory from time to time.
