On Sunday 26 January, the Team of Pianists will stage the annual Piano Marathon, directly raising funds for the National Trust of Australia (Victoria).
Up to 100 pianists will perform a three- or five-minute piano solo each in the Ballroom, depending on piano grade standard.
The event will commence at 10am and conclude at 5pm, with a fine concert piano supplied by Bernies Music Land, Ringwood.
The music will be performed in the Ballroom, however audience members will be welcome also to sit or to wander in the gardens.
Each pianist who applies to perform will receive free entry to Rippon Lea Estate for the day. Further special benefits will be available to performers, family members and friends between 1pm – 2pm, during the lunch break of the Piano Marathon.
